    I took a 3xl that corresponds to a size 50. And it fits well. Just watch out for those with big arms. It's slightly tight. Otherwise everything is OK.

    For the size the XL corresponds to a small 42

    I wear a size M and ordered a L and it fits if I would have gottena M it would have not fit. the shirt looks just like the picture and how it is described and arrived as I thought it would.
