Health Equity in Erie County 2024 Annual Report – Under the Erie County Health Equity Act of 2021, the ECOHE is tasked with reporting annually on the programs and services provided by the Office to advance health equity, data on populations served, and goals for the upcoming year. This report provides an overview of the ECOHE’s programs and actions in 2024 as well as goals for 2025.
Health Equity in Erie County 2023 Focus Group Report – The Erie County Office of Health Equity gathered 14 focus groups to ask questions like, “What does a good life look like to you?” A summary of these community discussions on health and well-being in Erie County is presented and analyzed in the Erie County Office of Health Equity’s 2023 Focus Group report.
Winter Preparedness in the City of Buffalo: 2024 Survey Results & Findings – This report details how City of Buffalo residents receive information about winter weather emergencies, their views about what government actions would help them be more prepared before winter emergencies, and what challenges they faced following a blizzard or winter emergency. 
Health Equity in Erie County 2023 Annual Report – This report highlights the office’s initiatives and documents the results of its community survey and focus groups.
Health Equity in Erie County: An Initial Disparities Report (2023) – This report is intended to serve as a resource for all Erie County residents so that they can better understand the issues and status of health equity and health disparities in Erie County.  Additionally, the intent is that this report can serve as an initial needs assessment of health equity data in Erie County. As a result, the document may serve as a reference document for finding other reports, databases, datasets, and other documents related to health equity for those in the community interested in this topic.
