Andy C
Drum & bass maestro Andy C is another of the top class acts at Paradiso 2014. The founder of Ram Records and a figurehead for D&B everywhere, Andy C is as close to a modern-day legend of the genre as you can get. He’s been eyes-deep in the dance music scene and industry for decades, consistently growing and evolving D&B all over the world. His skills on a turntable are unfathomable and the chance to catch the master at his craft, at The Gorge no-less, will be truly unique.

Armanni Reign
Armanni Reign, also known as MC Armanni, is an artist who spans genres and does what he loves. The Philadelphia native who currently resides in Atlanta made a name for himself as a rapper and MC throughout the 90s. Once he found the lyrical potential in D&B back in 2000, he developed a distinct style for his lyrical delivery. Armanni Reign has been working with top drum & bass and dubstep acts at some of the largest festivals and shows in the world ever since.

Calyx & Teebee
With a friendship dating back to the late-90s and a professional relationship beginning in 2004, Calyx & Teebee have created a drum & bass force to be reckoned with. Larry Cons and Torgeir Byrknes make up Clayx & Teebee respectively, and are members of Andy C’s famed Ram Records label. Their signature take on D&B, passion for dance music, and obvious chemistry together will be more than enough to dazzle those lucky enough to catch their set at Paradiso 2014.

Dirtyphonics
Fun fact: The very first U.S. show Dirtyphonics ever did was our very own Freaknight back in 2009. The French quartet made up of Charly, Thomas, Pho, and Pitchin are incredible at intertwining the worlds of bass music. Although, they are now a trio, as Thomas has embarked on a solo journey as Matheo de Bruvisso, doing everything from creating music to painting and writing poetry. From dubstep and electro to drum & bass, Dirtyphonics can produce and mix it all with the best that dance music has to offer. Ask them why they’re here, and they’ll have one simple answer for you: “We’re here to rage.”

DJ Fury & MC Dino
Denver-native DJ Fury has been a mainstay and force in the drum & bass community for for decades. Also known as Steve Blakley, DJ Fury shifted from professional snowboarding to DJing in the early 90s and hasn’t looked back. You can always count on body-moving mind-blasting drum & bass from DJ Fury, who currently runs and designs for graphic design company The Firm Graphics alongside his DJing career. Pair him up with MC Dino and you have yourself a D&B dream.

Sub Focus
British producer/DJ Sub Focus, aka Nick Douwma, has been on a steady path of success since signing his first songs to Ram Records in 2003. After wowing the likes of Andy C, Sub Focus was one of the premier names in D&B by 2007. He has since diversified his music portfolio, expanding into dubstep, electro-house, breakbeat, and more. Often described as one of the greatest festival performers in the world, the melodic drum & bass stylings of Sub Focus are pretty much guaranteed to move your body and soul.
